Import apps

You can import models to the Workflow Designer by using the import functionality of the Add icon Create button in your workspace. You can also use the search bar to import an app in your current workspace.

Steps

  1. Go to your workspace.
  2. Click Add icon Create → Import.
  3. Upload your ZIP file with one process and one or multiple forms.

    If you are importing apps from Workflow Designer versions older than 2025.06, use the files that were meant for uploading to Collibra with the format <WorkflowName>App-bar.zip.

  4. Click Import.

Your newly imported model now appears in the model list in your workspace.
