Swimlanes
Processes in BPMN models are often wrapped in a pool, which is then further broken down into lanes.
Pool
Often used to define a process or organization and helps makes the model clearer.
Attributes: General

Lane
Often used to represent the departments or sub-partitions within a pool or process.
