Sequence flows
Used to show the order of flow elements in a process. Each sequence flow only has one source and one target.
General properties
| Property | Description |
|---|---|
| Model ID | The unique identifier of the element within the process model. |
| Name | The name of the element displayed in the diagram. |
| Documentation | A description and any additional information about this element. |
| Condition expression | A conditional expression that must evaluate to true for the flow to be followed. All qualifying outgoing sequence flows are followed. Use any expression that evaluates to true or false, such as ${root.needApproval} or ${nextStep == 'approved'}. Conditions are ignored for sequence flows after a parallel gateway. |
| Skip expression | An expression that bypasses any condition if true and selects the flow.You must opt-in to enable this feature by setting a process variable |
| Default flow | Defines the sequence flow as a default. |
